Matt Talbot Group 142 Retreats generally begin Friday evening and conclude early Sunday afternoon. Throughout the weekend, brief conferences are held by a Retreat Leader. As a rule, the Retreat Master has personal experience with our problem and also has the training and the background to provide us with guidance and insight into the 12 Steps and our own individual spiritual path. In addition, much time is available for sharing and fellowship, and for rest and meditation away from the stresses, tensions, hustle and bustle of our daily lives.
MTG142 believes that all men in recovery can benefit greatly from a spiritual retreat, and we work hard to keep costs down so that more men can attend. A limited number of partial scholarships are also made available by the generosity of our fellow members. The schedule of fees for the November Retreat are as follows:
$180 for a double (shared) room / $235 for a private room
$140 for a bunk room (3 people per room, 2 connecting rooms)
Rates include 2 nights, towels & linens and 5 meals
A schedule of events will be available upon arrival. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.

Sunday will begin with breakfast, followed by a medallion presentation, group photo and a closing ceremony. We should wrap up around 1:00 pm.
